Today marks a significant milestone for E-MARK, as the company proudly launched the E-MARK Innovation Hub at Agora Village in Lusaka. With the tagline “Pour Your Heart Into It” and the belief that “amazing things happen when your heart is in it,” the new hub aims to empower Zambia’s entrepreneurial and creative communities.
This innovative space was created as part of E-MARK’s broader strategy to scale its business in a way that has lasting impact. The hub provides startups, small business owners, creatives, and young tech enthusiasts access to essential resources, cutting-edge technology, and skills development opportunities.
What began as a plan to establish an innovation hub has led to unexpected achievements, including the creation of E-PHORA, a coffee brand born out of the journey. Originally unplanned, E-PHORA is now a point of pride for the E-MARK team, reflecting their commitment to innovation and adaptability.
The E-MARK Innovation Hub features shared working spaces, a concept retail store, and the E-PHORA coffee brand. Beyond being just a physical space, it represents a vision of empowering communities and driving technological and entrepreneurial progress in Zambia.
